About Us
At the intersection of brain science and cutting-edge technology.
Our Story
Nevada Cognitive Research is dedicated to exploring how neuromodulation and neurofeedback influence attention, memory, and learning. We combine QEEG and event-related potentials with cutting-edge brain stimulation methods to inform future studies on cognitive performance and brain function.

Areas of Interest
Attention and Cognitive Performance
We are interested in how the brain sustains attention and responds to rapidly changing environments. Using quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) and event-related potentials (ERPs), we explore neural markers of focus, vigilance, and cognitive control.
Memory and Learning
Working memory and learning processes are central to human cognition. By designing simple task paradigms and recording electrophysiological responses, we seek to identify patterns that may inform future research on memory and performance.
Non-Invasive Neuromodulation
Transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) has been proposed as a tool for influencing oscillatory brain activity. In our pilot work, we explore the feasibility of combining EEG recording with low-intensity stimulation, with the goal of refining safe and reproducible research paradigms.
